Recipe In English & Urdu

Ingredients:

-Cream ³¼ Cup

-Doodh (Milk) 3³¼ Cup

-Yakhni (Chicken stock) 1½ Cup substitute: 1 stock

cube dissolved in hot water

-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Tomato puree 1½ Cup

-Mustard paste 1 tbs

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1½ tsp or to taste

-Namak (Salt) 1½ tsp or to taste

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Dried oregano 1 tsp

-Dried parsley 1/½ tsp

-Macaroni boiled 250g

-Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbs or as required

-Mozzarella cheese grated 4 tbs or as required

-Fresh parsley chopped

Directions:

-In a jug,add cream, milk, chicken stock, whisk well & set aside.

-In a wok,add cooking oil, onion, garlic & sauté until onions are translucent.

-Add tomato puree, mustard paste, mix well & cook for

1-2 minutes.

-Add red chilli powder, salt, paprika powder, dried oregano, dried parsley & mix well.

-Add milk & cream mixture, mix well & bring it to boil.

-Add boiled macaroni & give it a good mix.

-Add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese & mix well until cheese melts.

-Add fresh parsley & serve!

-Karahi mein cooking oil, pyaz aur lehsan dal dein aur pyaz translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.

-Tomato puree aur mustard paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.

-Lal mirch powder, namak, paprika powder, dried oregano aur dried parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

-Milk & cream mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.

-Boiled macaroni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

-Cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese dal dein aur cheese melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix karein.

-Fresh parsley dal ker serve karein!
